We hereby inform you that
our Honored Father Za"l appointed Rabbi Chaim
Herzog Sheyichye as the shliach to the Melbourne CBD.
It is
therefore understood that all your public activities are "Hasogas
Gvul" (trespassing) and cause a chilul hashem, and we therefore ask
of you to cease all your public activities there. This
is specifically important in light of the Rebbe's Sicha
about "Hasogas Gvul" (trespassing) with regard to a Bais Chabad.
We the
undersigned wish you blessings of Hatzlocho in all your other endeavors:
Rabbi Tzvi
Telsner Rabbi Chaim Tzvi Groner
In the name
of Rabbis of the Chabad Lubavitch Congregation
